Terms of Trading
All credit cards will be debited in Pounds Sterling. All prices quoted on the
site are inclusive of U.K V.A.T.
Postage outside of the U.K mainland can be advised upon request. Please
note, most overseas postal services are very reliable, however the UK postal
service will not compensate once goods have left the UK Mainland.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Goods are normally
dispatched within 7-10 days but please allow 28 days for delivery.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any
time prior to acceptance of your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return items in good
condition within 14 days for a full no quibble refund (excluding postage). We
will refund any money due as soon as we receive the returned product. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
If in the event goods are faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team by
emailing info@14thpeak.co.uk for the Returns Procedure. We aim to deal with
any faulty goods quickly and offer a full refund or exchange procedure. We will
